Zrazy cooked chicken with mushrooms

Ingredients:

Onions — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 60 ml

Chicken breast — 500 g
Honey mushrooms, button mushrooms or oyster mushrooms — 250 g
Salt — 1.5 tsp
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Ground black pepper — 1/3 tsp
Breadcrumbs — 6 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Finely chop and fry in butter until transparent. Add the mushrooms. If they are large, cut them into several pieces. Season with salt and cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring, until it evaporates excess fluid, and the mushrooms will not be ready.
2. Chicken breast cut into small pieces and grind in a blender or meat grinder. In the resulting mince, add 1 egg, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
3. Lightly beat egg with a fork, sprinkle the breadcrumbs in a shallow container. Divide the stuffing into 6 parts. Forming a large cake thickness of a little less than a centimeter. Inside, place a tablespoon of filling and tighten carefully plastered with overlapping edge
4. Give the product an oval shape and dip first into the egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs on all sides.
5. Fry zrazy until golden brown on both sides, transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes
