Vegetarian rice soup

Ingredients:

200 g rice
5-6 pcs. a medium-sized potato
1 PC. carrots
200 g frozen green peas
200 g of frozen corn
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash rice and boil it until half. Fold rice in a colander, drain the obtained broth in a saucepan.
2. Wash, peel the potatoes and cut it into cubes. Add sliced ​​potatoes in salted broth of rice and cook until done.
3. Carrot peel and grate. Fry it in a pan with vegetable oil. Add carrots to corn, peas and rice. Season with salt and

simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. Add to the pan with the potatoes fried rice and vegetables. Cook until cooked rice.
5. Vegetarian rice soup is ready.
