Vegetable soup of celery

Ingredients:

Celery — 200g
Cabbage — 300-400 g
Carrots — 2 pcs.
Tomatoes — 300g
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Tomato or tomato juice — 250 g
Water
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

1. All vegetables are thoroughly washed in running water, clean. Cut is not very finely cabbage, onions and carrots, put them in a large saucepan.
2. Bulgarian pepper cleaned of seeds, remove the stalk and cut it into strips.
3 celery and chop. Tomatoes cut into cubes. Add these vegetables to the pot.
4. Then pour the tomato, add salt to taste and mix all ingredients.
5. Add water to make it almost topped vegetables, and put on fire. After boiling the soup boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
