Two-colored brownie



— 3/4 cup sugar
— 120 g of chocolate (not black)
— 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
— 3/4 cup flour
— 280 g cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia)
— 200 g of walnuts
— 120 g of an oil
— 2 eggs
— 0.5 tsp vanilla extract


— 60 g of an oil
— 90 g of chocolate (not black)
— 1 cup powdered sugar
— 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
— 2 tablespoons milk


1. Grease a baking dish with oil and lay a parchment paper.
2. Grind the nuts.
3. Mix the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla extract.
4. Melt the butter in a microwave oven, chocolate and cocoa.
5. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
6. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and mix.
7. Sift in the flour mixture and add nuts. Mix everything.
8. Pour half of the dough into the mold. On top of cream cheese mixture, then the remaining chocolate dough.
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 C.
10. Mix the butter, chocolate, cocoa and milk, and melt.
11. Add the powdered sugar, if the mixture is too thick, dilute it with milk. Mix mixer.
12. When the cake is ready, smear a little frosting on top. Allow to cool, and use the remaining frosting.
13. Garnish with nuts and set aside a couple of hours. When frosting hardens, cut into squares.
14. It is possible to bring to the table!
