Tongue salad and carrots


300 gr. Beef tongue (or beef)
3 medium carrots
2 pickled cucumbers (gherkins or 6-7 pieces)
2 onions
1-2 cloves garlic
black pepper,
salt (if necessary)


Language or meat boil, cool and cut into strips. Onion cut into thin half-rings, and passiruem on vegetable oil.

Grate carrots for Korean carrot (cut into thin strips or) and passiruem separately from the bow. Cucumbers cut into sticks, as well as other components. Garlic squeezing through the press.

All the salt, pepper, dressed with mayonnaise and mix.
