Ingredients:

For the filling:

• 500 gr. cream cheese;
• 3/4 cup milk;
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar;
• 100 gr. dark chocolate, melted;
• 100 gr. milk chocolate, melted;
• 100 gr. white chocolate, melted;
• 1 tbsp. Spoon gelatin;
• 1,5 cup heavy cream (33-38%).

For registration:

• 0,5 cup heavy cream (33-38%);
• 100 gr. dark chocolate.

Preparation:

Cookies grind.
Add the butter and cinnamon.
Mix well to form crumbs and pour into a mold lined with parchment or foil.

Give a little bit cool. Top applesauce mixture with milk chocolate, to give a little cool. Complete with a mixture of dark chocolate, remove the form in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until the cheesecake is completely hardens.
