The spicy rolls


— 2 eggs
— 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
— Cilantro, thyme, parsley
— 1 large onion
— 400g minced meat (any)
— 200 grams of mushrooms
— Packaging slicing bacon
— Pepper, salt
— vegetable oil


1. Onions and mushrooms chopped.
2. Onions fry until golden, add the mushrooms. Add herbs, salt, eggs, breadcrumbs, pepper and stir in minced meat thoroughly.
3. Form balls of minced meat and prepared strips of bacon wrap them.
4. Put bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
