Ingredients:

Mackerel mean — 1 pc.
onions — 2 pcs.
Tomatoes — 2 pcs.
Lemon juice
Olive oil
ground pepper

Preparation:

1. Mackerel defrost, wash, dry with paper towel. Remove fins, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and cut into pieces.
2. Separately, chop 2 tomatoes and 2 onion slices (same size).
3. Fold the circle of tomato, onion and cut in half and sandwiched between slices of fish.
4. We spread the fish in a baking dish on foil. On top sprinkle with a little olive oil and pepper.
5. Put in the oven at 180 * C in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
6. The dish is ready
