Sweet rolls with cottage cheese and fruit filling


200 g of cottage cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
100 g pulp of pineapple (you can take a small jar of canned pineapple rings)
1 kiwi
8-10 strawberries
6 thin pancakes
chocolate chips for feeding


1. Cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream and mix well.
2. Wash fruits, kiwi and pineapple peel, remove from the stalk strawberries. Kiwi and pineapple cut into cubes, strawberries cut into quarters.
3. Approximately 1/3 from the edge of the pancake to put a strip of cottage cheese. Nearby lay the fruit pancake and roll tight roll. Likewise, to make the rolls of the remaining pancakes and filling then remove them in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
4. Before serving, cut the rolls in the same small pieces, put in a dish, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve.


The filling will be even more delicious if, instead of mascarpone cheese to take.
