Super thin potato pancakes

Mashed potatoes — 200 g
Milk — 250 ml
Flour — 100 g
Eggs — 2-3 pcs.
Garlic — 2-3 cloves
Sunflower oil (refined) — 2 tbsp. l
Salt to taste


1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
2. Boil the potatoes until tender, drain the water, leaving a little at the bottom, and mash the potatoes with a crush. Mashed potatoes should turn out to be slightly liquid, just this is ideal for pancakes.
3. Mix mashed potatoes with warm milk, eggs, garlic and salt. Mix well.
4. Pour the sifted flour, whisk everything with a whisk or mix vigorously with a fork. The dough should be as homogeneous as possible. At the end, you can add a little sunflower oil, then you do not have to add it to the pan every time.
5. Heat the pan well. For the first pancake, lightly grease it with sunflower oil. Pour a small amount of dough, distribute it on the bottom of the pan. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. Thin potato pancakes are ready.
