Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes — 1 pc.
A small tomato — 1 pc.
Onion green with onion — 1-2 pcs.
Fresh cucumber — 1 piece.
Cucumber pickled (salted) — 1 piece.
Parsley
Capers — 2 tablespoons
Eggs boiled — 2 pcs.
Cheese brine — 50 g
Kefir fat-free — 200 ml
Water — 100 ml
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

This is a light-weight version of cold soup. When you want to arrange a day of unloading, but without the risk of falling into a hungry syncope!

1. How to prepare cold soup on kefir: Grate the potatoes and cheese on a large grater, chop the parsley.
2. Cut the onions into rings.
3. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
4. Cut cucumbers into small cubes.
5. Chop the boiled egg.
6. Mix all ingredients and add capers. Check for salt, pepper.
7. Kefir diluted with water to the desired consistency. Pour the soup.

Cold soup on kefir is ready.
