Spaghetti with meat and mushrooms


Spaghetti — 400 g
Mushrooms — 200 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Stuffing — 300 g
Tomato paste — 3 tbsp
Parsley — beam
Salt, pepper, sesame, butter — to taste


1. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and sliced ​​cleanse. Dill or parsley, wash, dry and finely chop.
Spaghetti boil in salted water, recline in a colander and optionally add 1 tsp butter, mix well. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the onions until golden brown, then add the ground meat.
Salt, pepper, add tomato paste and 100 ml of hot water or broth, stir, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.

2. Next, add the mushrooms and then simmer, covered for 15 minutes.

3. Green add as soon as the mushrooms are cooked, and turn off the fire. Spaghetti can be mixed with meat or simply put on a plate of spaghetti separately, and on them the meat mixture. When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.
