Spaghetti Milanese

Ingredients:

onion 1 piece
Bundle of spaghetti,
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup water,
2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
1/4 teaspoons of dried herbs,
200 grams of ham,
100 grams of mushrooms

Preparation:

1. Boil the spaghetti in boiling water podselёnnoy until al dente and recline in a colander.
2. Fry the chopped onion in butter until soft.
3. Then add the flour and fry for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually add water, tomato paste, herbs and mix thoroughly. stirring constantly, bring to a boil weight, until the mixture becomes thick.
5. Cut the ham and mushrooms large slices and add to the sauce.
6. Season with salt, pepper and continue to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
7. We serve pasta on the table along with the sauce.
