Sour Cream pie



150g butter
60g icing sugar (do not replace sugar!)
2 protein
220g flour
core vanilla pod


300g sour cream (20%)
3 egg yolks
75g sugar
40g of starch (corn, potato should 20g)

1. melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Do not use sugar, it dissolves
2. Add the vanilla seeds.
3. Spread a spoon or mixer into a homogeneous mass.
4. Add the two proteins room temperature.
5. Stir, add flour and knead a soft dough.
6. Put it in the form of an even layer. Bake at 200 * C 12 minutes.
7. In the meantime, do fill. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla seeds in a thick white mass. Here it is not whipped until the end!
8. Add starch and stir with a mixer at low speed.
9. Put the cream, stir and pour the hot substrate.
10. Put the pie in the oven, reduce the temperature to 170 * C and bake 40-50 minutes. Ready cake rises a small hill.
He settles when it is cool.
The cake is delicious and warm, but cooled just fine!
