Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 200-250 g
Meat products — 350 g
Sausage products — 350 g
Pickled Cucumber — 2 pcs.
Pickle — 1/2 tbsp.
Olives — 1/2 cans
Onion — 1 pc.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Tomato paste — 1 tablespoon
Garlic — 1-2 cloves
Greens to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Red pepper to taste
Lemon — 1 pc.
Rice — 1/3 Art.
Potatoes — 1-2 pcs.

Cooking:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Pour a little more than half the water into the pan, put the fillet and set to cook for 20 minutes, not forgetting to remove the foam.
3. Cut meat and sausages into strips, sausages into slices.
4. Also chop the pickles with strips.
5. If the sausage is greasy, it can be slightly fried before laying in the pan.
6. Remove the meat and cut it into small pieces. Put back in the pan. Add the fried sausage. At this point, add a handful of rice or potatoes (optional).
7. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots.
8. Put the onions in a frying pan and sauté until golden brown. Add carrots, a couple of minutes tomato paste and finely chopped garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes.
9. Add cucumbers and sliced ​​olives to the hodgepodge, pour half a glass of cucumber pickle.
You can add a few capers.
10. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the greens and add to the hodgepodge. Cook for another 5 minutes, then cover and let it brew. Add a slice of lemon and a spoonful of sour cream to the plate.
