Ingredients:

Egg whites — 4 pcs.
Cheese — 200 g
Wheat flour — 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil — for frying
parsley
Ground black pepper
Salt

Preparation:

1. Beat egg whites, gradually adding the grated cheese. The resulting mass of salt and pepper.

2. Make small balls, roll them in flour and fry in hot oil. When the pellets will increase in volume, it is necessary to remove them from the pan with a slotted spoon and dry. Serve, laying on a warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley.
