Ingredients:

— Salmon fillet — 800 g
— Salt, sugar ratio of 2 to 1 (ie 2 tablespoons of salt to take 1 tablespoon of sugar)
— Cognac — 1 tsp
— Dill — 1 bunch.
— A mixture of ground pepper (red, black)

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients, rub them fish fillets.
2. Wrap the fish in canvas cloth, put in a container and refrigerate overnight.
