Scrambled eggs a la French


(1-2 portions)
1 small onion
2 small tomatoes
2 slices of bread or loaf
Vegetable oil (preferably corn oil)
2 eggs


Onions chop and fry in butter.
Tomatoes cut into the pot and add the onions.
Baton (or bread) cut into cubes and add the fried tomatoes.
Beat the eggs, season with salt and pour them into the pan.
Stir mix it all.
Then you need to sprinkle it with grated cheese and cover with lid. Once the cheese has melted — the dish is ready!
