Sauce «Gribish»


For the mayonnaise

1 hard-boiled egg yolk
10 g of mustard
10 ml of vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
250 ml of vegetable oil
fine salt, pepper

For the sauce

1 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
1 tbsp chopped tarragon leaves
10 g capers
20 g gherkins
1 hard-boiled egg white


1. Prepare the mayonnaise of all the ingredients that are listed in the recipe. In the beginning, use 1 tablespoon lemon juice, juice then add as driving oil emulsion.

2. Finely chop the capers and chop with a knife. Gherkins (small pickled cucumbers) cut into very small cubes. Egg protein is cut into thin strips (julienne).

3. Mix ready maonez, herbs, capers, gherkins and protein.
4. Serve the sauce cold.
