Salty balls with minced meat and cheese

Ingredients:

300g puff pastry
500g minced meat (I have beef and pork with onion and garlic)
seasoning for meat
salt
1 egg
100 g of cheese
1 egg yolk for the lubrication of coils
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Preparation:

In the beef add salt, spices and egg, mix well until smooth. Form balls of minced meat is not very big and not too small. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Ready puff pastry thaw and roll out thinly, then cut into long strips about 1 cm wide.

Wrap strips of puff our meat balls, as if wind the thread on the ball. Put on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until golden brown. Serve with vegetables or vegetable salad.
