Salad «Pineapple»

Ingredients:

cooked or smoked chicken fillets — 300 g
Bank of canned pineapple chunks — 1 Piece
onion — 1 piece
Cheese — 200 g
Eggs — 4 Pieces
walnut halves — 200g
mayonnaise — to taste
green onions for decoration — To taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion into half rings and marinate for 30 minutes.
To prepare the marinade, you need to mix 1 teaspoon of sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon 6% vinegar and 1 cup of boiling water.
After half an hour to drain the marinade.
2. Boil hard boiled eggs and finely chop.
Grind the chicken.
Finely grate the cheese.
Put lettuce on a large platter in the form of layers of pineapple as follows: chicken, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, pineapple, cheese, mayonnaise.
Repeat layers once again.
Liberally grease the top of salad with mayonnaise and garnish with halves of walnuts.
Stick a bunch of green onions — it will be tops of pineapple.
