Salad «Nicoise» with tuna

Nicoise — a popular worldwide salad French cuisine. In the classic recipe salad taste define anchovies, tomatoes and olives. But options pretend to present salad «Nicoise», there are many.


Tuna — 100 g
Artichokes — 30 g
Quail eggs — 2 pcs.
Cherry — 30 g
Salad different — 10 g, 10 g, 15 g
Olive oil — 15 g
Balsamic cream — 5 g
Vitello sauce — 15 g
Olive — 10 pcs.
Worcestershire sauce — to taste
Tabasco sauce — to taste


1. Prepare the sauce Vitello. In a blender put anchovies and tuna.
2. Add a homemade mayonnaise, egg, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Stir until smooth.
3. Tuna cut into small pieces.
4. Marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
5. Quail eggs boiled and cut in half.
6. Cut the artichoke.
7. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic cream, add a drop of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces, whisk.
8. Put in a bowl of salad mix, add the cherry halves and pour over the dressing.
9. Tuna fry on all sides. Fried cut.
10. On a plate put the sauce Vitello.
11. Put the tuna, artichokes, eggs.
12. Put salad mix with cherry. Garnish with olives.
