Salad «Black Rose»


Eggs — 5 pieces
Prunes — 150g
Beetroot — 2 pieces
Herring — 1 piece
Bulb — 1 piece
Mushrooms — 400 g
Mayonnaise — to taste


1. Mushrooms washed and cut into medium-sized pieces.
2. Finely chop the onion. Saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
3. Boil eggs and grate on a coarse grater.
4. Boil the beets — a grate, a second cut semicircles and leave for decorating salad.
5. Herring clear from the bones and cut into middle-sized pieces.
6. Finely chop the prunes

Salad stacked in layers in this order:

Layer 1 — herring
2 layer — mushrooms with onion
3 layer — eggs
4 layer — prunes
5 layer — beets
