Royal cheesecake


Butter or margarine — 150 g
Flour — 2 cups
Sugar — 1 cup
Salt and soda — 0.5 tsp.
For filling:
Cottage cheese — 400-500 g
Sugar — 1 cup
Egg — 4 or 5 pieces.
Dried fruits and nuts — on request


1. melted butter, sugar and flour grind until smooth. Pour the salt and baking soda, mix again.
2. Put the resulting dough in a baking dish, greased and pre-coated with cooking parchment, leaving about one-third of the test.
3. Prepare the filling: cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla mix until smooth.
4. Stuffing gently put on the dough, add the other ingredients — raisins, prunes, nuts, cover the top third of the remainder of the test.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
