Roulade with cheese and meat

Ingredients:

cheese 200g
eggs 3 pcs
3 tbsp semolina
mayonnaise 100-150 grams

Filling:
minced 500 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
onion 1 piece.
salt,
pepper

Preparation:

1. Cheese grate, mix with eggs, semolina and mayonnaise.
2. The resulting mass lay out on a baking sheet, the laid parchment and place in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
3. Prepare the filling: add in minced onion, 2 eggs, salt, spices to taste.
4. Remove from the oven the resulting cheese cake, cool slightly and spread the stuffing on it.
5. Gently roll roll. Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. The dish is ready!
