Armenian lavash — 1 pcs.
slightly salted salmon — 200 g,
processed cheese — 100 g,
Lemons — 2 pcs.
parsley chopped — 2 tbsp


1. Mix the grated cheese (cheese is better to take a little more) with finely chopped greens.
2. Spread pita bread on the board, spread with cheese mass, then distribute the slices of salmon.
3. Fold in the roll, wrap with cling film, put the roll in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Before serving, cut and place on lettuce and decorate with lemon slices and herbs.
