Roast pork with mushrooms

Roast pork with mushrooms

Tasty, satisfying and nutritious meal. It reminds me of something hot, which once upon a time in the oven cooked my grandmother — the truth, it was no mushrooms and no curry.

Pork specified in the recipe can easily be replaced by beef or veal — though at the same time extinguishing increase.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

800 grams of pork (ham or shoulder)
10-12 medium potatoes
250 ml of water or broth (second best)
3 cloves garlic
300 grams of mushrooms
a small bunch of green
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp curry powder

The meat is cut into pieces on a single bite. Fry in several batches in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown, 1-2 minutes per batch.

Put in a pot for fire, add the potatoes, cut into slices, proportionate pieces of meat.

Add the curry, salt, stir and pour water or broth. Bring to a boil on the cooker, then cover with a lid and put in a preheated 200 degree oven and simmer 30 minutes. Take out and add the coarsely chopped mushrooms, chopped garlic.

Return to the oven and simmer until cooked meat, about 20 minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley.

Serve with sour cream.

Bon Appetit!
