Rice with mushrooms and cheese «Philadelphia» in 30 minutes


Figure «Indica Gold» — 2 bags
Mushrooms — 500 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Philadelphia cheese — 250 g
Butter — 30 g
Salt — to taste
Cherry tomatoes for decoration


1. Boil rice according to instructions. In boiling water, cook for 30 minutes.
2. One large onion peel and chop finely.
3. Fry in a pan until soft.
4. Mushrooms, washed and cleaned.
5. Part of the mushroom cut lengthwise and fry in a separate pan with butter. It will be a decoration.
6. The rest of the mushrooms cut into quarters and add to the onions.
7. Fry the mushrooms and onions until tender.
8. While we roasted mushrooms, boil rice already.
9. Add the rice to the mushrooms, add Philadelphia cheese and stir until smooth.
10. In a glass bowl on a circle in two rows to lay out fried mushrooms. Carefully lay out the rice with mushrooms and cheese. Slightly condense. Take a large bowl and turn over a bowl of rice on it. Garnish as desired and serve immediately to the table.
