Quick Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

For biscuit

350 g of condensed milk,
2 eggs,
125 g of wheat flour,
25 g Cocoa
1 tsp soda.

For the cream

500ml milk
150 g of sugar,
1 egg,
70 g Flour
25 g Cocoa.
For the glaze:
150 g of chocolate,
75 ml cream 35% fat.

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy light weight, add the condensed milk and baking soda and mix.
Pour the flour and cocoa and mix (not whisk).
Pour batter into greased with butter baking average form and put baked for 25 minutes.
Egg shake, mix with milk and flour.
Put on a little fire and cook, stirring constantly, to thicken.
Add the cocoa and mix well. Allow to cool.
The cooled cake cut into three cakes.
Fluff cream cakes, cake collected and put into the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Melt chocolate in cream over low heat and immediately pour them chocolate.
Post a glaze to set.
