Quick cherry lemonade


Fresh cherries — 500 g
sugar — 150 g
water — 250 ml


1. Wash the cherries and remove the seeds.
2. Pour the cherries in a saucepan, pour the sugar and pour in the water.
3. Cook for a few minutes, the sugar should dissolve completely and give a cherry juice.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and cool.
5. Blender make cherry puree.
6. Put puree into molds for ice and put in the freezer until completely frozen.
7. Before serving Put the cherry ice cubes in a glass, filling it half and fill with soda water.
