Quiche with mushrooms and tomatoes


— 1 sheet of puff pastry (you can take the purchased, yeast)
— Honey mushrooms (or mushrooms) — 400 g
— Onions — 1 pc
— Cheese — 100-150 g
— 1/2 cup milk
— Eggs — 2 pcs
— Tomato — 2 pieces
— A bunch of herbs (onion, dill, parsley)
— Spices, salt and pepper — to taste


Roll out the dough, put in a form, greased, to form a high boards (3 cm). Make to test frequent punctures with a fork and sprinkle with half the grated cheese. Bake in oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mushrooms chop, fry the onion until tender.

Mushrooms put on top of the dough, salt, add spices to taste.

Chopped greens and put on top of the mushrooms.

Cut tomatoes into slices and put in a circle on top of greens, add salt.

Beat eggs, add milk, the rest of the grated cheese, salt, if desired, add spices (such as Israeli spice mixture containing seeds, pepper, etc.).

Pour the quiche with the mixture and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until tender.
