Profiteroles - custard cakes


-Water — 1 cup
— Butter or margarine — 100 g
— Flour — 1 cup
-Eggs — 4-5 pcs.

— Chocolate Margarine — 1 pc.
-Cacao — to taste
— Condensed milk — 1 can


1. Bring oil and water to a boil in a saucepan.
Gradually add flour, adding little by little and constantly stirring. Remove from heat. Cool a little.
2. Beat the eggs, one at a time, each time thoroughly mixing the dough (you can use a mixer, you can use muscle strength).
3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Spread balls on a greased baking sheet with a teaspoon (or strips — then there will be eclairs). Having placed the baking sheet in the oven, in no case do not disturb the custard cakes to give them the opportunity to rise! Bake until golden brown.
4. Fill the cooled cakes with cream.
