Potatoes — 6 pieces.
Onions — 1 pc.
Petrushka — to taste
Ham — 150 g
Butter — 1 tbsp
Salt — to taste
Pepper black (ground) — to taste
Chili pepper (ground) — to taste
Tverdy cheese (grated) — 50 g
Muka wheat — 1 tbsp
Chicken Egg — 1 pc.
Bow zeleny — to taste


1. Rinse and boil potatoes in their skins.
2. parsley and green onions chopped. Onion and ham cut into cubes and fry in butter.
3. Peel the potatoes.
4. fried bacon and onions to mix with parsley, green onions and cheese.
5. Potatoes cut in half, remove the flesh and cut it into cubes.
6. Mix the potatoes with ham and cheese.
7. All stir well, salt and pepper to taste.

9. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
