Ingredients:

Potatoes — 1 kg
Food salt — 1 tsp
Butter — 40 g
Wheat flour — 35 g
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil — 30 ml

Preparation:

1. Potatoes should be cleaned and boiled until tender in salted water. When it is ready, the water should be drained, and add a good knob of butter.
2. While potatoes are not cool, knead it with oil so as to obtain a mass without lumps.
3. Now, here you need to add the eggs, about one and a half tablespoons of flour and stir until smooth.
4. From the resulting dough sculpt burgers (meat balls or round) and lay on a hot pan with vegetable oil.
5. Fry the burgers need a medium heat until until they acquire a golden hue.
6. At this point, they must be reversed and achieve the same color on the other side. After this dish can be considered ready. Serve chops with sour cream, mushroom sauce, vegetable salad or as a side dish to meat or fish dishes.
