Potato pancakes with cheese


— 7-10 medium potatoes
— 1-2 medium onions
— 1-2 eggs
— 50-100 g «Lambert» or a similar cheese
— 2-3 cloves of garlic
— salt pepper
— 2-3 tablespoons flour
— Vegetable oil for frying


1. Peel the potatoes, wash, dry.
2. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
3. On a fine grater grate cheese.
4. Grate or finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, add salt, pepper and eggs.
5. All mix well, add the flour as needed (to avoid water), again all mix well.
6. Heat the pan, add the oil.
7. Spoon the potato mixture into the pan. Reduce heat and fry until golden brown.
8. Turn the pancakes on the second side. After about a minute cover and fry until golden brown.
