Boiled potatoes, 500g
Egg 2 pieces
Cheese 100 g
Starch- 2-3 tbsp


Potato mash with (I had finished mashed potatoes) .Smeshat with egg, stir syrom.Posolit .Add krahmal.Horosho
With the help of a teaspoon to form small balls and fry them in deep fat
It can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish.
I also fry the onion in vegetable oil, add garlic, pepper and a little salt vodi.I pour this mixture of dumplings.
