Potato casserole with chicken and greens


Potatoes — 600 g
Carrots — 100 g
Eggs — 3 pcs.
Salt — 0.5 tsp
Chicken fillet — 200 g
Spinach — 150 g (or young nettles)
Black pepper powder — 1/3 tsp
Butter — 50 g


1. Clean the potatoes and carrots and cook until soft. Drain and mash the vegetables into a puree. Season with salt to taste, add the 2 eggs and mix well.
2. Chicken turn into mincemeat by a blender. Also chop the spinach and mix it with the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and mix.
3. In a greased baking dish Put half the potato and carrot puree, level.
4. Pour the mixture with spinach and chicken. Top with the remaining sauce, flatten the surface and spread over the surface of the pieces of butter.
5. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
