Pork ribs in honey glaze


1.5 kg. pork ribs
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp red wine
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sunflower oil
black pepper
red pepper


1. Put the pork ribs on a baking sheet, pour the wine and bake at 220 degrees. about 20 min.
2. Prepare the icing: Grate the zest of lemon, add to it chopped garlic, sunflower oil, honey and spices, black and red pepper, salt and mix thoroughly.
3. Remove the pan with the ribs and grease them with glaze. Bake until tender about 20-25 minutes. Pork ribs in honey glaze ready.
