Pie with tomato and cheese


Tomato, cut into circles — 3 pieces.
Corn flour — 1 cup
Sour cream — 3/4 cup
Grated cheese — 1 cup
Boiled corn kernels — 3/4 cup
Milk — 2/3 cup
Flour — 1/2 cup
Sugar — 1/4 cup
Melted butter — 6 tbs
Baking soda — 1/2 tsp
Salt — 1/2 tsp


1. Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the corn flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another container, combine the milk, cream, corn grain and oil, then add the mixture to the dry ingredients, 1/2 cup of the cheese and chop everything in a blender or food processor. The dough is ready.
2. Take the pan, brush it with oil and pour the batter, sprinkle cheese on top and place tomato slices. And sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 1 hour (approximately). Remove the cake from the oven with tomatoes and let it stand 10 minutes before serving.
