Pie with meat and cheese

Margarine 200g
Wheat flour 650g
Sour cream 120g
Baking soda 3 g
Apple vinegar, 5 mL
Onion (100g) 3 pc.
Minced beef with pork 500g
Cheese durum (Parmesan, Gruyere, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano) 400 g
Egg chicken 4 pieces.


Recipe cultivated directly in the process, was originally only with cheese and onions, but meat lovers will enjoy this version more.

Pour the flour onto the surface (which are going to knead the dough).
Grate a pack of margarine.
Make a well and add the cream.
Add soda (I did stub, but it’s as you like).
All this is kneaded into the bun and put on 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Next, prepare the stuffing:

Chop the onion and fry it until golden brown.
Add minced onion in a little and fry.
Grate the cheese, add 2 eggs + 2 egg whites.
All mixed with minced meat.

Take the dough. Divide into 2 pieces (one slightly larger than the other).
Most of the roll out (this is the lower part)
Share on prepared baking sheet (it is better to lay a paper for baking. Removing convenient, does not burn, does not stick) the first layer of dough.
Put the stuffing.
Roll out the second half of the dough and cover with stuffing, securing the edges so the filling does not leak.
Brush the dough to grease the remaining yolks.
Send the next cake in the oven for 40-50 minutes, temperature180C. Preheat the oven.
