Patties with pears


400 g flour;
Butter 210 g;
Egg 2 pieces;
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp .;
Salt 1/2 tsp .;
Lemon juice 1 tbsp .;
Water 4 tbsp .;
Pears 4 pieces;
Sugar 2 tbsp .;
1 cinnamon stick;
Lyme 1/2 pc;


1. The cooking time — 1 hour 5 minutes.

Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes (if green apples, 10-15).
