Milk — 250 ml
Water — 125 mL
baking powder — 1 tsp
yeast — 1 tsp
sugar — 1 tbsp

Filling:

hard cheese — 100 g
Mushrooms — 200- 300 g
onions — 1 pc
salt pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

First of all, prepare the dough.
1. Activating yeast. Dissolve sugar in warm water and yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes alone.
2. After 10 minutes, pour the yeast mixture into the warmed milk
and pour the sifted flour and baking powder, stir whisk until smooth. The dough will turn out fairly liquid.
3. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.

Filling:
4. Fry the onions lightly, then add the sliced ​​mushrooms, salt and pepper.
5. Broil 15 minutes (or until cooked liquid evaporation).
