Pancakes with milk custard


— 500 ml of milk
— 2 eggs
— 1 tsp baking powder
— flour
— 7 tablespoons vegetable oil


Half a liter of milk and whisk 2 eggs.
Add a spoonful of baking powder and flour enough to get the test, as pancakes.
Then pour 1 cup of boiling water, stir.
Add 7 tablespoons vegetable oil.
The dough is ready!

Fry as usual, on a hot frying pan on both sides.
