Pancakes with meat and rice



0.5 liters of milk
0.5 liters of boiled cooled water
3 pcs. eggs
4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. Baking soda with vinegar extinguished
1 tsp. Salt
0.5 tsp. Sugar
2 cups flour with a slide


500 gr. meat (I had veal)
0.5-1 glass of boiled rice (seasoned with a tablespoon of butter.)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste


1. Prepare the dough:

In a deep bowl, mix all of the products (milk, water, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, baking soda and flour), beat well to avoid lumps. Put the dough in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.

2. Prepare the filling:

Boil the meat by adding water bay leaf and allspice and black pepper. Broth from meat not pour out, it is still useful to us.

The meat is then cut in a meat grinder, add the rice, salt and pepper to taste, then add the broth a little bit to the filling was not dry (about 50 ml.). But much to pour a lot of it is not necessary.

3. Fry the pancakes

Test again beat well. Bake thin, tender pancakes, frying them until golden brown on one side. The second side of pancakes fry need very little. Ready-made pancakes with butter to grease lightly with toasted side.

4. Then pancakes fill with stuffing (about 1 tablespoon or so);
Pancakes wrapped envelope.

You can fold the pancakes in a pan, store in the refrigerator and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown as needed.
So you can pancakes ready for the future, and you will always have a ready breakfast or dinner.
