Semolina (a small hill) — 4 tbsp
Flour (beaker — 200 ml) — 1.5 cups
Egg (2 — into the dough, 2 — for the filling) — 4 pieces
Kefir (400 ml dough to filling 150 ml) — 550 ml
Water — 100-120 ml
Soda — 0.5 tsp
Sugar — 1 tsp
Salt — 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp
Onions — 1 pc
Boiled Chicken Breast — 100 g
Cheese — 50g
Butter — 10-15 g


Lightly beaten eggs, add salt, sugar, yogurt, water, semolina, flour and baking soda. Mix well to avoid lumps and add vegetable oil.
