Pancakes with cream
Ingredients:
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Wheat flour — 2 cups
Cream 10% — 0.5 liters (or milk)
Soda — 1 tsp
Salt — 1 tsp
Sugar — 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil
Maple syrup
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until frothy. Add a glass of cream, whisk, add flour, stirring constantly.
Add the remaining cream and flour and mix well. Pour vegetable oil. Add dough hydrated soda and stir again.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Preheat the frying pan and fry the pancakes on a moderate heat.
As soon as bubbles on the surface begin to burst, Pancake flip to the other side and fry until cooked. Serve with a wedge syrup.
