Orange marmalade


  • 1,5 kg oranges
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 cup of water


1. Remove zest from some oranges.

2. Clean it and process the it in a blender, sprinkle zest and sugar, if necessary add water and boil until thickening.

3. Lay mass into shapes and cool it.

4. Ready marmalade sprinkle in sugar or powdered coconut.
