Omelette with herbs, cheese and salami

(1 serving)
• Eggs — 3 pcs.
• Boiled ham, cut into small cubes — 40 g
• Pepper Sauce — a few drops.
• Sea salt
• Coriander powder — to taste.
• Green chopped (chives, parsley, cilantro) — 50 g
• Vegetable oil


• salami with paprika — 80 g
• Cream cheese — 200 g
• Leeks — 1 pc.
• Rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, tarragon — 1 teaspoon
• Red Pepper Sauce — 8 — 12 drops.
• Egg yolk — 1 pc.
• Salt and pepper — to taste.


1. Wash the leeks and cut into thin slices.
2. salami cut into thin strips.
3. The cream cheese add leeks, salami, egg yolk, spices, sauce and mix well.
4. In a bowl, beat eggs, add the ham, salt, coriander sauce to taste. Again, all beat up and add chopped parsley.
5. In a frying pan with non-stick coating heat the vegetable oil.
6. Fry the omelette. When it is almost ready, put on one half
the filling and cover with the second half of omelette, and then bake in the oven for 3 — 5 minutes at 160 degrees.
