Okroshka on kvass


300 g of green onions,
4-5 eggs,
0.5 tsp mustard
1.5 liters of kvass,
500 g of cucumber,
300 grams of cooked meat or sausages,
300 g potatoes,
1 tsp horseradish
100 g dill,
salt, lemon juice, garlic feathers, parsley — to taste.


Boil hard boiled eggs, potatoes — jacket, cool.
Green onions chop.
From boiled eggs yolks removed and add to the onions, season with mustard. Grind all the pestle: onions should be soft, and the yolks and mustard — turn into a homogeneous mass.
3alit all kvas.
Chop and add to the hodgepodge dill.
Optionally, you can add the feathers of garlic and parsley.
Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into cubes and add to the total weight.
Cucumbers can be cleaned before cutting (if the skin is tough or bitter), and then cut into cubes.
The remaining protein from eggs and meat (or sausage) cut into cubes, too.
All the ingredients are put in a hodgepodge.
Add lemon juice
Add salt to taste, add the horseradish.
If necessary, pour kvass.
Before serving hodgepodge need to cool in the refrigerator.
