Pork — 400 g
Potatoes — 3-4 pcs.
Tomatoes — 3 pieces.
Onions — 1-2 head
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp. l.
Cilantro and basil — beam
Garlic — 3 cloves
Adjika — 1 tbsp. l.
Hops-suneli — to taste
Black pepper and salt — to taste


1. The meat cut into small pieces.
2 peeled onions chop half rings.
3. Meat shift onions, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, hops-suneli, add adjika.
4. Mix well and leave to marinate the meat for 30-40 minutes. Then fry the pieces of meat with onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Peeled potatoes cut into slices.
6. Add it to the meat and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
7. Then lower the tomatoes and simmer until tender.
8. Before shutting add chopped cilantro and basil.
